Together we'll breathe, stretch and strengthen the body, leaving you ready to tackle anything your day brings your way. Jaime is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning Coaching. The root of all flourishing relationships is a loving and balanced relationship with the self. These sessions are intended to bring you into a more loving relationships with your body & spirit.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all sessions. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session
