Every one of our coaching sessions includes an element of Pilates and breathwork. Additionally, if you're looking to really focus on your physical health, Yonatan offers 1:1 Pilates sessions.
Pilates is a system of movement designed to keep you in peak health. It brings together a series of low impact, core and spine focused exercises to help you prevent injury, strengthen and lengthen the body and bring you into total alignment.
Yonatan takes a Classical Pilates approach, is certified through the Equinox Pilates Training Institute and offers sessions via Zoom and in our Los Angeles studio.
