Ethical Non-Monogamy (or Consensual Non-Monogamy) is the practice of having romantic or sexual relationships that are not completely exclusive. For some couples and individuals this means fantasizing together, for others it may mean attending a kinky party together from time to time or dating others separately from ones' primary partnership.
In an ENM relationship, consent and communication are key. As we sharpen our communication and listening tools, develop a deeper level of emotional intelligence and understanding of ourselves and our partners, these relationships have the potential to bring joy, freedom and deep connection to our lives.
