Reiki & Chill is the ultimate self care Sunday. In this intimate group healing space, we guide you through intention setting, meditation and provide elements of sound healing and Reiki.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing technique that can promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki can be beneificial for people looking to heal anything from chronic pain to anxiety or just treat themselves to a little rest and relaxation.
This special evening includes intention setting, a guided meditation, Reiki & sound healing elements.
